Very well planned sessions which is run using Scrum.

The course was informative and engaging. The interactive exercises were purposeful and gave good examples of that aspect of Scrum. A 2-day course can, at times, feel like you just lost time you could have better used elsewhere. I walked away feeling like it was time well spent.

Really enjoyed the course! I feel good about taking the CSM exam!

Super solid instructor. Kept us engaged from the start. Knowledgeable and detailed. I felt strongly prepared for the exam, and then some. You could miss his class and go with someone else, but why take the chance? His class is where you want to be. Five stars.

I loved that Lance was open and taught in a space that was safe and made sure everyone was heard. Most of all him answering questions and when some peoples voice was about business, he always would pull the conversation back to focus with answering in a very constructive way.

Lance was an incredible coach / instructor and made the class enjoyable and an easy to learn environment. Passed the Certification test the next day, with flying colors!

Course material was as expected. Presentation and use of activities was well done and plenty of time was allotted to discussion.

Very useful and interactive training. I didn't think I could enjoy participating in a 2 day training as much as I did, but it seemed to fly by.

I think that Lance did a phenomenal job, in not only preparing us for the certified Scrum Master exam but also empowering us to be Scrum Masters!! He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to pair the theory with "real-world" examples and case studies. This made the theory of Agile and Scrum more relatable, easier to grasp and hold-on-to. He was very well-prepared and had several tools / aids in the training room to make this a more "immersive" experience! He is a great Teacher and is passionate about what he does!
