Excellent course

The CSM course with Dot was fantastic! Dot ensured the class was very interactive and engaging. Her unique approach with industry insights made the concepts accessible and very practical. I really enjoyed the scrum simulations.

The course content and delivery were strong and provided a good level of practical learning. However, team collaboration was very poor, which made the overall experience unpleasant at times. The highest-performing teams tended to be those where one or two individuals with prior Scrum experience dominated the work, often excluding other participants. This dynamic could perhaps have been managed more effectively. Additionally, displaying participants’ completion times for a quiz was unnecessary and contributed to a non-inclusive environment.

Dot is such an expert on the subject. I liked the inclusion of games in team it made the training more dynamic. It didn't feel like a lecture at all !
