I really enjoyed this course! The format was 10-weeks with one meeting per week. The topics are run on a rotation, so you can jump in at any time and not be left behind as each lesson is a standalone lesson. For example, my first class was Session 9. Each week you join a Zoom call with other students and are led through review of the lesson content. My favorite part was the breakout sessions with the other students. It was nice to meet other people from all over the world! If attending a live session wasn't possible due to travel or other conflicts, you do have the option to do the self-paced version of that lesson. Several students, myself included, mentioned looking forward to this meeting as a highlight of the work week. I highly recommend this course, or any other courses taught by Superheroes Academy. You'll get a great experience for a competitive value.

I really appreciated the opportunity to engage in honest conversations, face some hard truths about the challenges we all deal with, and collaborate on practical solutions. It was both comforting and validating to see that others are navigating similar obstacles—and inspiring to learn what tools, techniques, and resources they’re using to support their Agile journeys. The discussions fostered real engagement and left me feeling more confident and better equipped to lead my teams. I’m walking away with fresh ideas, new connections, and a deeper appreciation for the community we’re a part of.
