The Fearless Agility Virtual Certified Scrum Product Owner Course is an introduction to the principles, practices, values, and mechanics of Scrum for those who will have Product Owner responsibilities involving Scrum teams. Through a combination of lecture, group discussion, and hands-on simulation activities, students learn how to become effective managers, Product Owner’s and stakeholders for Scrum teams.

Upon successful completion, attendees will earn the official designation of “Certified Scrum Product Owner” by the Scrum Alliance. At this time, the Scrum Alliance does not require an exam to obtain CSPO certification.

Commitment

In Jimi’s virtual workshops, participants are expected to fully engage using Zoom and MIRO on a desktop or laptop (a mobile phone may also be needed, depending on bandwidth).

To create a supportive and effective learning environment, all attendees must arrive on time (no more than 15 minutes late), participate with an open mind, and treat everyone with kindness, support, and respect.

Attendance is critical—participants may not miss more than 45 minutes of content. Those who do not meet these expectations on Day 1 will not be permitted to continue on.

Jimi did a great job making the sessions engaging and easy to follow. The course was very interactive with simulations, discussions, and practical examples that helped connect the concepts to real product thinking. Interactive and a fun learning experience

Jimi delivered an excellent three-day CSPO training. Across all three days, he consistently balanced theory with real-world application, making the material relevant whether you’re new to Scrum or have been practicing product management for years. One of the biggest strengths of the training was the format. There were no PowerPoint slides. Instead, Jimi taught through conversation, live examples, and frequent breakout sessions that gave us time to apply the concepts, compare experiences, and learn from one another. The breakout time was especially valuable and never felt like filler. Each day built naturally on the previous one, moving from foundational Scrum concepts to deeper discussions about product ownership, backlog management, prioritization, and value delivery. Jimi’s style made complex ideas approachable, and his humor and storytelling kept the sessions engaging throughout. I walked away with practical insights I can immediately apply, as well as a clearer mental model for how Scrum is intended to work. I would highly recommend Jimi’s CSPO training to anyone in product, Scrum, or Agile leadership roles.
