Good Session

I had a very good learning experience during the CSPO session conducted by Madhavi. She articulated the concepts clearly and structured the session in a very engaging manner. From the way she delivered the content, it was evident that she has deep practical experience in the field, which added significant value to the session. The pace of the class was a little fast at times, which is understandable given that it is a three-day course with a lot of material to cover. However, for learners who are relatively new to product management or those transitioning into Product Owner roles with around four to five years of experience, some of the concepts and abbreviations were difficult to follow immediately. In a few instances, I found myself having to quickly look up certain terms while the class was ongoing. While participants could certainly ask questions during the session, many new learners may hesitate to interrupt or ask what might seem like basic questions. I believe this sentiment might be shared by others who are entering the product management space for the first time. That said, Madhavi did make a conscious effort to check in with the class regularly and ensure that everyone was following along, which was greatly appreciated. One aspect I particularly liked was her approach to teaching the framework. Instead of starting strictly with the fundamentals of Scrum, she began by explaining the role of the Product Owner, product backlogs, and what product ownership entails. She then connected those concepts back to Scrum and the broader framework. This reverse approach was very effective and helped contextualize the role in a practical way. Overall, it was a very insightful session and a valuable learning experience.

The Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training conducted by Madhavi Ledalla from was excellent and truly worth the investment. Madhavi is a highly knowledgeable and experienced trainer with very good presentation skills. What I appreciated most about the class was the interactive nature of the training, including active participation from the attendees and engaging group exercises that helped reinforce the concepts being taught. The pace of the training was well maintained, though at times it felt slightly fast, which may be expected for first-time learners given the breadth of the material covered. The supporting downloadable course materials, whiteboard notes, and the video/Mural links shared during the training further enhanced the learning experience and helped reinforce the knowledge gained during the sessions. I would like to thank Scrum Alliance for the excellent training and the globally recognized CSPO certification. I highly recommend this course and the trainer to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Agile product ownership.

Brilliant course material, pretty interactive and handson.

Loved the teaching style, had a great experience.

The certification experience was good. But, it could've been slightly better if the trainer would've covered the remaining aspects of product ownership practically on the Mural board. Though I agree to the lack of time, but there was 1-2 hours remaining at the end of the 2nd day, but the course was ended their itself without utilizing those 1-2 hours. Otherwise, everything was nice.
