I didn't like the emphasis on AI, but the course was otherwise well structured and well run. I learned some useful things.

The course had a lot of material but the instructor did a good job pacing it over the two days.

The class was really valuable and I learned a lot of things.

The training over all was very good content, and I am glad I participated. I wish it was clearer that you do not have to watch the pre-recorded videos before the training. The pace of the live sessions was a little slow and I found myself struggling to stay engaged at certain points. My only complaints were 1 - I wish that we had the same groups the entire time to be able to form relationships with the other participants and grow a better comradery throughout the sessions with those individuals. I think this would have led to more ownership and excitement over the output of the activities. 2 - I personally felt like there was too much AI usage. I love AI as an assist, but I found that the encouragement to use the course provided AI tool led to a lot of external AI usage and then it just was too much AI going on and not enough brain power and human to human conversation. I appreciated that Brian was able to stay engaged and keep his energy up over such long days. I also personally did not engage in the chat a ton, but I felt like Cort did a really great job engaging with the chat and answering the side questions.

The teacher is a really good one, his energy makes me wants to participate

Brain was an excellent trainer. Noelle was an awesome scrum master! The course material was relevant, and Brian always encouraged dialog with the participants.
