Certified ScrumMaster®

CSM course taught by DP (Donald J Patti) was an excellent course. He is a very engaging instructor and took the time to ensure all participant's questions were answered and understood before moving on to further content. He made the course engaging with hand-on content and team interaction. This made taking the course fun and opened me up to a new tool I had not previously used. DP also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that tie into this certification giving me the confidence I will be able to utilize this in my career. I would definitely take another course hosted by DP as he is a dedicated educator and is passionate about helping others succeed.

This is a great course that focuses on practical application of the knowledge to help reinforce the learning. There were a lot of opportunities to put the information into practice (quizzes, activities, gamification, etc.), and DP did a great job providing opportunities for and answering questions from the participants. In all, it prepared me to pass the exam on the first try with very little additional study.

The course was well organized and keep everybody active

Very good- my only complaint is that sometimes he tried to cover too much by talking way too fast, which did cover the material but not in a way we could comprehend. It would be ok to not cover as much and not have to rush talking. One was would be to skip the super fast review to start off the remaining days after day 1. Otherwise, the instructor was very energetic and covered plenty.

So dynamic!

The course was great. Donald (DP) was fantastic in how he kept people engaged and presented the material. He had some great exercises to drive home information or to give you a better understanding of what some concepts mean in real life. I was very pleased with the course and feel confident I am going to do well on my CSM exam.

DP is an amazing instructor who balances student engagement with education. I leaned so much in a quick 3 days and am confident I'll pass the test.

Course had thorough and relevant information needed to know the basics of scrum but also pass the CSM exam with no problem. Donald Patti was an excellent instructor. He used great examples, explained the information well, and was very engaging with lots of great activities to enhance and reinforce the information learned. Highly recommend the course and the instructor!!
