Really enjoyable course, being unfamiliar with the subject matter before the course, I appreciated the pace of the course and the extra time it allowed for explanation and questions. Came away from the two days activity with what I feel was a really good understanding of the various frameworks, their advantages and limitations which will help me contribute effectively to my early stage engagements. I really enjoyed this training class. The small class size created a more engaging and personalized learning environment. Arlen did a great job of using interactive visuals to clarify this complex subject and the exercises and resources he provided were practical and supported the learning both during and after the session. I enrolled because I wasn’t sure which area of agile scaling I wanted to specialize in, and this course provided a well-rounded introduction to the major frameworks and methodologies, which helped clarify my direction for future learning.
