Frequently Asked Questions

• When do we start and end each day? 

The classroom opens at 1:40 PM each day and the class will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We will end at 7:30 PM each day. (Time Zone: IST)

• Are there any breaks?

Of course, Yes, you will get enough breaks to keep you energized! Designated brain breaks every 60-70 minutes, and stretch breaks!

• Can I join from my phone? 

No, you need either desktop or laptop to participate in the activities while you can use the phone for the video.

• Do I have to be on the Camera all the time?

Yes, you are required to be on the Camera all the time. If your laptop or desktop camera doesn’t work, you can use phone or a TAB as your secondary device for video.

• Do I get the certificate at the conclusion of the course?

No. This is an advanced course, which requires you to complete post-workshop assessment to demonstrate your experience and knowledge.

• What is your refund policy?

You get an 80% refund if you cancel 4 days before the workshop.

You get a 70% refund if you cancel 48 hours before the workshop. 

You will not get any refund if you neither inform nor turn up for the workshop. 

If the GST amount is already deducted, then it won't be refunded as well.
