With a deep background in software development, Kelley provides the added perspective of the full life cycle, utilizing Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles, all the way through Agile/XP engineering practices, deployment, and maintenance. Who should attend

Developers of products & services and anyone working with or supporting developers. The key skill we're exercising is solving problems as a collaborative team. There will be some software coding exercises and examples. It's not critical that you know coding to participate or observe. Most people jump in find that it's fun.
