I really enjoyed the different perspectives and approaches that they taught in this class. They had a lot of great ideas on empowering the teams and working towards the Core Values for your own company.

I’d rate CAL-2 10 out of 5. This course goes far beyond theory and buzzwords. It challenged my mindset, deepened my self-awareness as a leader, and gave me practical tools I could immediately apply with my teams. If you’re serious about real agile leadership (not just another certificate), CAL-2 is absolutely worth it with Kate and Anu!

Kate and Anu have a special way of conveying information that somehow always seems like they are speaking directly to your experience. I've been lucky enough to attend a number of their classes and I always come away with so many resources and aha moments. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I truly wish this was a 4 day course because there was that much great information.
