Can I participate if I have no prior Agile or Scrum experience?

Absolutely! This course is designed for everyone, whether you’re completely new to Agile and Scrum or looking to build on existing knowledge. All you need is a willingness to learn, engage, and take part in interactive exercises.

How should I prepare for this CSM® course?

Come in with an open mind to be challenged and the willingness to work with your fellow learners.

What about exams and certifications?

The exam consists of 50 questions, with a passing score of 37 out of 50. You also receive one free reattempt if required. Upon successful completion, you’ll hold Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) status.

What software or tools do I need to attend?

You’ll need access to Zoom and Mural. Make sure to install the latest Zoom desktop/laptop software (not web or mobile versions), have a stable internet connection, and a working microphone and webcam. Don’t forget, cameras must stay on during the course.
