In session two, we will focus on facilitation and its importance in achieving successful outcomes. The third session will center around coaching and high-performing teams. We will discuss different coaching stances, how to respond to various conflicts with empathy, when and how to implement Scrum practices, the concept of self-organizing teams, and the difference between groups and teams. Additionally, we will explore effective team development practices.

Finally, in session four, we will continue delving into high-performing teams and exploring Agile companies.
