Meet your instructor

Vic has over 24 years of software and systems development experience and 14 years of experience working with individuals and organizations adopting agile. Having trained and coached leaders, developers, scrum masters, and product owners, Vic is able to work with any skill set and at any level of an organization. Vic has deep knowledge of scrum, kanban, extreme programming, and test-driven development. He is a strong believer in learning by doing, and he actually works actively as a coach and scrum master.

Since 2013, Vic has hosted the Agile Coffee podcast and has appeared on several others. Creator of the Agile Coaching Cards and host of the Agile Coffeehouse YouTube channel, Vic was the co-chair of the recent Global Scrum Gathering in San Diego (2018).
