Overall, the standard for the CSM course seems to be extremely low, which is disappointing after spending 16 hours and hundreds of dollars on a certification.Besides the speed and depth of material covered, Chris Doss is fantastic and is a great example of a leader in the Scrum space.

This was a great option for someone who knows zero about scrum. I feel so much more confident now in agile and am excited to make a career change with my new confidence.

Was worth the money and the experience.

Chris provided an engaging course on Scrum. I'm happy to say that I passed my Certified Scrum Master test with 98%! This course, as well as the course resources, really helped me understand the content. I look forward to continuing to grow my skills as a CSM and I would love to come back to Grow-Lean for further certifications.

Chris Doss was an amazing instructor. My career background is in facilitator-led training and instructional design. I'm very critical of other trainers, and I couldn't say enough good things about Chris. He made the training both informative AND fun. His materials were well laid out and each to follow. AND I passed my exam with 100% so he is definitely doing something right. It was not easy to take an all-weekend class that started at 6am on Saturday (I'm PST) but the information, activities, and breaks were very timely and kept me engaged the entire time. I've not only recommended Scrum Alliance and Grow-Lean to my coworkers but also Chris to choose as an instructor. I've added the results of my exam so you can see proof of the results of taking Scrum with Chris.
