I really enjoyed the content of this course and the smaller class size. I also enjoyed not just Arlen's talking points, but the ability to speak to other professionals and learn from each other.

This class answered the objectives I've had regarding what other agile methodologies are out there, and what the best use cases are for each one. Alren is very knowledgeable and the class exercises reinforced the learning in class. Just the right amount of time and days to learn and absorb a little bit new.

Helps you a lot to comprehend the background, the methods and the options available when embarking on journey to scale.

Great course overall that gives you an overview of the most popular scaling frameworks and tools, although you may need to send in feedback and suggestions early on to get the best bang for your buck!

Materials were well prepared, a lot of excercises during the course.I would expect more details about financial aspects and managing multiple Agile projects with dependencies with waterfall projects

Excellent and in-depth analysis of scaling options and when/how they would apply.Always enjoy Arlen's classes as content is applicable and never feel like there is any wasted time even over multiple days of instruction.
