Thought provoking course, extremely well run

I wish every leader would take this class!

I originally attended this course as a refresher for the CAL-I I did 6 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the CAL 1 is a fully revised course with a new focus. It was well worth my time.

Kate was extremely knowledgeable on all topics, delivery and pulling audience in to help navigate each topic was well organized and easy to follow.

Very engaging and motivating 2 days training, full of interaction and collaboration with very experienced colleagues around the globe.

Kate is a great teacher and I learned a lot. I usually don't like breaking into groups but it was fund and engaging. Just the right combination of lecture and participation. Jeff also did a great job of producing and leading. I would highly recommend this course. Can't wait to take CAL 2

Taking the CAL 1 course was a transformative experience in my leadership journey. The course went far beyond the basics of Agile frameworks and delved deeply into the mindset, behaviors, and cultural shifts required to lead effectively in today’s complex, adaptive environments.

This was one of the most engaging courses I have ever participated in. The reflection and application pieces were hands down something I could take back immediately to my role and apply it.
