The dynamic between Kate and Anu is fantastic. Love that they come from different backgrounds, so you really get a varying perspective throughout.

Kate and Anu have a special way of conveying information that somehow always seems like they are speaking directly to your experience. I've been lucky enough to attend a number of their classes and I always come away with so many resources and aha moments. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I truly wish this was a 4 day course because there was that much great information.
