What is this course about and who can take it?

Our Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course is a live online class via Zoom, run by Brett Palmer. It provides a comprehensive understanding of Agile & Scrum from a Scrum Master's point of view. We welcome all participants, irrespective of their experience or background. We ensure to clarify all industry jargon, enabling you to understand Scrum better and apply it both in and beyond IT.

What's the process for registration and cancellation?

Please register using a credit card on the course registration page. For group sign-ups, email [email protected]. Cancel or transfer at no extra cost before the class starts by emailing the same address. If the instructor cancels or you opt out, expect a refund within seven business days; your bank might need extra days to reflect it. Arriving over 30 minutes late or missing part of the class could result in registration loss or certification ineligibility. Join the Zoom call early on the first day. The second day might run up to 30 minutes longer due to the Scrum simulation, so please plan accordingly.

What are the technical requirements?

Can you explain the CSM exam process, cost, and preparation strategies?

Once you've actively participated in our live online course, we forward your details to the Scrum Alliance, which will send you an exam link. The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, with a pass mark of 74% (37 correct answers). It should be completed within 60 minutes and within 90 days of receiving the link. You can take the exam from anywhere and at any time as it's online and on-demand.

For preparation, active participation during the course is essential. Post-course, review the provided materials and study the following resources:
