What should I wear?

We want you to have your camera on for this virtual workshop, so wear something!

When do we start and end each day?

The virtural classroom opens at 8:45 AM each day and class will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. We will end at 5:00 PM each day. We'll take a lunch break from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM. All times are USA Pacific Time.

What's the pre-work?

We recommend that you watch this series of 14 short videos, which will get you up to speed on the fundamentals. Total time for all 14, combined, is about an hour. We also recommend that you read The Scrum Guide. This 19-page document defines what scrum is. Budget about 90 minutes total for these two activities. Doing this homework before class will make a huge difference in how much value you get from the workshop itself.

Is the cost of the test included?

The cost of the certification test is included in the price of the workshop as is two years of membership in the Scrum Alliance
