Sekhar is extremely knowledgeable in Scrum, Agile, & more. I appreciate his patience, listening, & answering so many questions, along with his experiences & expertise. I think the workbook provided beforehand should be updated to reflect the most recent version of slide order & content. I spent several minutes throughout each day flipping through the pages to find the same as shown to keep my notes organized per topic, but with different identifiers. In addition, it would be easier on the Miro board to include some prewritten stickies for each team, or at least provide an initial scope, to work with & move around vs. creating from scratch with such a limited time. The easiest exercise our team "Ctl+Alt+Elite" did nearly collaboratively was "Scrum Events". Next, instead of the team just choosing their SM & PO, perhaps there should be a predefined questionnaire to be completed in advance, or at a minimum be selected based on key criteria. Finally, some persons wanted to control what the PO & SM were doing but didn't initially volunteer. When the SM attempted to call them out, the individual team member shut down & an assumption was made those who did volunteer or were nominated by the rest of the team were ineffective in their methods of performing the roles during the training. Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone needing to learn about Scrum. I think with several of these suggestions implemented, the quality rating would have been 5 stars! Cheers!

Good approach, easy approach and knowledge representation

The training was very interactive and communicative.

Sekhar is an amazing coach who taught us many valuable things about moving toward an Agile mindset. He helped us build new skills and develop the qualities of a true leader, facilitator, servant leader, and Scrum Master. All the activities we did during the course were very practical and helped us understand how to apply the Scrum framework to real-world problems.

Good and interactive seesion

This particular instructor talked too fast, at times would raise his voice when people asked questions, he seemed frequently irritated. I didn’t enjoy his class at all.
