I have more than 25 years of experience in IT, where I started my career as a COBOL programmer, working as a system analyst and coming to Systems Architecture Manager. I have a very good technical bakground, being postgraduate in Object Orientation using JAVA.
After many years in the technical area, I was raised to the management area, where I started as Project Leader. After that, I became a PMI, where I started to work as Project Manager. After two years as a Manager, I made contact with the agile methodologies. I reluctantly took a Scrum Master course, and since then I have not been able to get out of the world of agility, I did several courses both internal and external to my company, I was certified SAFe and CSPO. I was a scrum master, kanban master in QA projects and I am currently Agile Coach, in charge of the implementation of agile processes, training and mentoring of several agile teams.
