I am a IT professional that leads various teams in the use of agile techniques (including SCRUM) to solve complex problems. I have worked as a developer, project manager, Scrum Master, program manager and agile coach. I've worked in a research and development environment, an informatics department of a Fortune 500 biotech company, and for state government. Through my work, I've been fortunate enough to be listed as an inventor on several U.S and International patents. I believe that no one approach will solve every problem and leaders need to be humble enough to listen to the team. Some of the best solutions come from a team environment. The key is to listen and test the ideas when they present themselves.
