A highly talented and accomplished Business Transformation Leader/ Speaker/ Trainer/ Coach in fortune 500 organizations and many universities in India, USA, Canada, specializing in Distributed teams, Scaled Agile environment, Strategizing transformation plan for SAFe ART.Set up ‘Agile Center of Excellence’, directing the development, implementation of new technologies.I have been always successful in handling small organizational to large Enterprise level audiences, trained 2800 candidates in Agile (480 on Scrum/ Non-certification programme) believe in having simple to understand fun-filled classes for my audiences.

With more than 12 years of Banking and Financial experience using technology initiatives, project and program leadership, solution development, Enterprise application integration, Program/Agile Project Management(Technology Operations, Software Development, Agile/Scrum, ITIL), given special lectures as chief guest on  ‘Scrum principles and practices for managing complex projects’ in PMI chapters many times and authored Exam Prep book for 'Project Management Professional' exam.
