Santosh Shaastry - Self motivated and result oriented individual with 10+ years of experience in the software industry. Quick learner with good communication skills. Passionate about Agile techniques and looking for ways in which such techniques can help programmers. Immensely passionate about music, trustee of a fine arts society and plays percussion instruments. I worked in the CMMi world for seven years. I used to wonder why, in spite of all the careful planning and bloated estimates, we were still unable to deliver on time. Scores of documents did not seem to help the cause. I always believed in reaching out to prospective users and take their knowledge and help to shape the system/product. It was in 2009-2010 when I first learned about Scrum from a colleague and I have not looked elsewhere for an answer to software development problems since! Agile practitioner since 2012, I am currently creating wonderful products using Node.js, AngularJS, React JS, Backbone JS, MongoDB, Bootstrap etc. Actively exploring Java 8, JS library ecosystem.
