Shreehari Narayana

Shreehari Narayana is a domain consultant and a certified scrum master. He has around 15 years of work experience in banking and IT. He is working with a client on banking transformation using Agile and Scrum methodologies. He also works as a business analyst and handles requirement gathering. Shreehari acts as a scrum master and takes care of the development team, handles daily scrum, sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings. He also manages the product backlogs along with product owner and updates the backlogs using JIRA. Shreehari adopted a new way of defining the retrospective using power point.
