• Post graduate in Computer Sc. & Engineering and currently working as a Senior Product Manager.

• Software professional having overall 20 years experience with IT industry in design & development in/ of  Engineering Applications Domain (around 8 years), Financial Applications Domain (around 5 years) and Healthcare Application Domain (around 3 years).

• The core of the experience gained so far is built around understanding the software development requirements starting from conceptual stage until they are successfully implemented, formalizing the business continuity plans for projects. Experienced in understanding, customizing and implementing the processes. Involved in forming mission specific teams and logistics.

• Passionate about agile way of doing software development. Pioneered implementation of agile development practices (SCRUM Methodology) in the organization for product/software development. Worked as Scrum Master for more than six years for different teams with experience of building a new scrum team. 

• Played the role of Internal Auditor to audit the Scrum process for software development as a lead internal auditor.

• As a Product development manager, mainly responsible for release planning and monitoring. Other than that it also involves effectively handle product development and support issues depending upon priorities, interact with clients and resolve outstanding issues.

• Experienced in implementing and confirming CMM level processes and ISO standards for software development.

• Has extensive experience in designing, developing, executing and deploying the software products/projects.Experience in handling projects and leading multiple teams involving development using , C++, Java, VB.Net, MS SQL Server, Oracle 7.0/8i/9i/10g/11g. Well experienced in technologies like COM & DCOM, ODBC, J2EE, JDBC, HTML, XML, ASP, JSP, Javascript, VBScript, Web Services
