Ricardo Valladares López

Ricardo is a Software Engineer, at his young age he has more than 7 years in the IT Industry with a MSc. in Operational Research, is very passionate about the optimization of process and resources. Ricardo knows that a great work framework and good communication are very important in any business, thats why he is an agile evangelist, applying Scrum he could saw how companies can achieve great results such as improving collaboration between teams and departments and reducing the time to market for products.

As a professional and Certified Scrum Master, Ricardo has worked developing software, introducing and implementing agile methodologies in different Guatemalan and French companies. He has also developed financial products for one of the largest banks in Guatemala. Now he works in the first company completely dedicated to the agile consulting in Guatemala, where he is also co-founder.
