Roopak Jain

Roopak Jain is a result oriented professional with around 12 years of extensive experience in Agile\Scrum\SAFe implementation across multiple industry domains. He has completed his MBA from top tier college with extensive experience in consulting assignments. Roopak has developed an excellent understanding of Scrum Principles and Agile project Management. He is also skilled in conducting various training sessions on Agile. He is a certified SA (SAFe Agilist 4.5) and CSM (Certified Scrum Master).

Roopak started his career with projects following waterfall methodologies, but always felt that something is missing from mix due to constant issues and firefighting.This encouraged him to explore more about effective product development and he came across agile methodologies.He was fascinated with the new way of scrum framework and explored more about it through seniors,colleagues and self learning. Being convinced by the Agile way of working, Roopak joined his first scrum team as a member back in 2012 and has never looked back since.

He has executed various client consulting engagements for various sectors such as Construction, Cloud solutions, Document services and Food delivery chain. He has developed the proficiency in managing & leading teams for running successful IT projects & has experience of implementing Scrum way of software development implementing. He has been implementing lean principles in software projects to eliminate waste.He has been involved with team level strategy management for meeting Customer Satisfaction goals and guiding the team members on one to one basis.
