Pooja Wandile

Pooja Wandile has over 17+ years of experience in the IT industry with last 6+ years into Agile.

She started the agile journey as a Scrum Master after completing scrum master certification and eventually transitioned to agile Mentor/Coach and Trainer. Pooja played the role of a Product Owner for an inhouse built tool called as Agile Maturity Index. She has faciliated various projects transition to and adopt agile successfully. Pooja has been part of a successful scaled agile adoption involving multiple teams with 130+ people in an onshore-offshore distributed model. She is also engaged in driving agile center of excellence in the company. Pooja is very passionate about agile and has shared her thoughts and experiences in various conferences.

In addiiton to Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pooja is also a Certified Software Quality Analyst.

This assignment involved scrum with distributed model- offshore and onshore. There were some challenges in implementing scrum efficiently. This assignment was one of the most enriching one. I worked very closely with senior, middle and junior level people. Groomed the scrum teams as well as conducted scrum sesisons for the senior management. This project involved 10+ teams, functional as well as horizontal teams and 130+ people. I was involved right from the initiation stage in setting up the scrum process framework, very much similar on the lines of scaled agile framework. We defined proceeses for running different scrum ceremonies in a distributed environment. new templates were introduced and scrum pratices were tailored to suit distributed engagement.
