My philosophy in life is about respect: Respect is my anchor. Respect for others by treating them justly and always try to appreciate. Respect for problems not to think I have all the answers. Respect the process to try, fail, but never give up. Respect myself with relentless humble learning and pursuit of excellence.

I had a lucky upraising by a trusting father who pushed me to find answers, an inspiring mother who constantly seeks knowledge where she got her BA and MA while raising four boys, and younger brothers with integrity who taught me compassion and the need to listen to others. I am a proud father of a young daughter and an improving husband who aims to make myself and family proud. I studied computer science in the University of Jordan and continued my MBA in the U.S where I learned about business and more importantly, the importance of appreciating people.

I am an Agile coach helping organizations find agility and teams find team work.

I am passionate about agile, and I believe it is our nature. Kids play is agile, even our ancestors experimenting with fire is agile. Founded of the Agile Jordan user group and leading the cultural change for agile in Jordan as a Coach and Trainer.
