Karen Fernandez here and I drank the kool aid and love the many flavors! I have been practicing Agile since 2006 in many different industries with all levels of teams. I have had the donkey teams that refuse to budge to very high performing teams the ones I sat and painted my nails as they hit the sweet spot over and over. I have managed 1-3 teams with budgets over $12 milliion ranging from 1 month to over 18 months in length. All of my work has been as a contractor providing me with a multitude of different personalities to coach.
