James Mortensen

I have worked in software development for almost ten years, working on software solutions to support contact centers.  Currently, I am helping our organization become more Agile.

I am working for the Indian branch of our organization, helping to promote agile, move teams to scrum where scrum is a good fit, help the teams find good self-learning resources and to grow in their careers.

Working in another culture gives me the unique opportunity to apply agile practices in a rapidly growing economy, and in such an economy where adapting to change is critical to success, scrum and agile methodologies can do a lot to help such companies adapt quickly to market changes. It's exciting to be a part of something that is rapidly growing and changing and to see it firsthand.
