Johnathan Hill

Johnathan's story is one of evolution, from software engineer to an Agile Coach. For the first portion of his Agile career, Johnathan served as a Scrum Master, a role that allowed him to immerse himself in the intricacies of Agile methodologies. Here, he honed his ability to orchestrate teams, optimize workflows, and ensure teams embodied the values of Scrum. From that point to the present, Johnathan has been engaged as an Agile Coach. He championed the values of collaboration and unity. He viewed teams not as collections of individuals but as cohesive units capable of achieving greatness when working harmoniously.
