Justin Hewitt

Intelligent, creative and passionate. These three words summarize who I am.  I believe in people, and the ability of coaching and mentorship to discover ones potential.  My objective is to learn, lead and create.

So with that said, why do I like AGILE?  At its core it focuses upon people working together flourishing creativity to create useful products.  That works for yours truly, and it's clearly working for those that adapt such principles.  What a win-win.  

I have had plenty of experiences being the project manager, the developer and the leader.  I'm looking forward to my upcoming experiences melding into a new role with product ownership.  Being frank, I think it has a great ring to it and makes one feel like they truly own the product being created.  I don't just manage something, I own it.  Love it.
