As an Agile Coach I have coached and mentored individuals, squads, leadership teams and large teams of 60-180 people in agility particularly the adoption of agile and agile transformations.
My passion and skill is in inspiring people to step out of their comfort zone: to try new ways of thinking and working, facilitate events, enhance communication with visualsl and deliver value.
I have a gift for building communities - creating a space of safety and inclusion that welcomes all voices, and amplifies everyone’s special skill or contribution. I enjoy contributing to the wider agile community, I lead in the Perth Agile community and frequently, coordinate, facilitate and present at MeetUps and attend and speak at conferences.
My career aspiration is to coach and teach Agile: to combine science and art, metrics and instinct, to coach and to mentor, to enlighten and encourage, to get it wrong, to get it right, to make connections and to have fun along the way.
