Over the course of the last 23 years, I have spent the majority of my professional career teaching, mentoring, coaching, training and leading teams as well as organizations.  

I have especially enjoyed building a small company from the ground floor. I have been part of an executive management team and am willing to make decisions. I have a great deal of personal fulfillment from building people, processes and products and seeing the results of these efforts used by customers.  At this point in my career, I enjoy sharing years of knowledge with teams and organizations that truly have desires to better themselves as well as improve the relationships with their customer communities.   

I am a hands on individual who believes that true leaders inspire team members by being at the front.
