Biography

Chris Waggoner has practiced in IT Consulting for more than 25 years.  During his career he has had the privilege to help both fortune 500 and small companies improve their business by achieving their project goals.  His long career as an IT consultant within both delivery and sales roles has allowed him to become a skilled agilist and agile coach capable of managing all areas of project, client, and stakeholder expectations while consistently bringing projects to successfull closure.  Over the course of his career, Chris has had the opportunity to work in many different industries. These industries include manufacturing, healthcare, insurance and finance, travel and hospitality, communications, non-profits, ecommerce, automotive, and state and local government.
