I am newbie to Scrum and Agile world, before learning about Agile, my whole world is Project managing. But the world business is changing, I realize that most of recent projects are getting complex and hard to define everything from beginning. That is reason I start looking for new approach to help me getting through it. 

Scrum is wonderful Agile framework, that makes everything much simpler, transitioning to Scrum Master is also exciting. I am so eager to learn and improve myself, also helping my Team to improve.
