An agile enthusiast, practitioner, coach with over 8 years of IT experience which have taught me mainly one thing that – it is all about learning & growing. In my professional (and personal as well) I had pleasure of working in various roles and technologies - played the role of business analyst working on requirements gathering & management, acted as product owner for solutions development and also played role of scrum master and agile coach helping teams to go agile with transformation that sticks. But all this has not stopped me from rolling my selves up & coding, testing and participating in deployment – as it is said I believe as a member of self-organizing team you should be able to contribute to anything that is required to get things done.
Currently I am working as agile coach as well as playing role for enterprise release process owner. This gives me unique opportunity to bring two of the most widely adopted framework of best practices together (ITSM & Scrum) to deliver value based but governed IT changes.

I believe that - continuous improving & learning organizations can be created around best practices but with suitable situational (yep this word is not in dictionary) adaptation.

Agile is my passion and user experience is what I aim for.
