Ankush Sabharwal

Ankush is having over a decade of IT experience in various roles – Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Project Manager, Development/Delivery/Engineering Manager, Program Manager (Agile), ScrumMaster, Scrum/Agile Coach/Trainer.

He has experience in service as well product based companies and has worked in various countries. He has primarily worked on Microsoft, Java and ITIL technologies, in BFSI domain. He has taken various initiatives of being POC for L&D, ALM/tools, R&R and Infrastructure needs for his global business unit. He managed global development team of eBanking/Cash Portal, responsible for strategic & funded development, and maintenance & support.

He has also got experience of successfully implementing various Agile Projects in distributed teams across varied verticals. He has implemented various multi-million dollar projects simultaneously with the peak team size of 50 people.

Coming to his academics, he has got masters in Software Engineering from BITS, Pilani along with MBA from ICFAI University and Executive Management Program from IIM, Calcutta. 

Attended various classroom lessons in IIM-B on various subjects (viz. Entrepreneurship, Systematic Innovation, Economics) and delivered presentation related to a case study on strategy.

He has acquired various industry certifications in his credit like CSM (Certified ScrumMaster); PMI-ACP (Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner); PMP; ITIL v3; Six Sigma; HP Open View Service Center, Inside Banking; QAI - IFPUG Function Point; BrainBench (Project Management, SEI-CMMI, SQA, Business Writing, ASP, OO, RDBMS, Networking) etc.

Earned various awards and commendations from companies like Wipro, Misys, KeyBank USA etc. for his technical as well as leadership skills. Ankush has trained/coached 1300+ people on Agile/Scrum (various topics) and on other technical, management and domain skills, also appreciated by Times of India group. He have also given training on PMI-ACP through Simplilearn (REP) which qualified trainees for 21 Contact Hours.
