Ajay Chandna

Ajay is a certified Agile & Learning professional with a total work experience of 20 years, of which the last 10 years has been in Agile leadership & management roles in the learning domain with IBM - Global Business Services (GBS).

At present, he is serving as the Agile & Learning Delivery Lead  for the Education Development services for the L&K Global account. During this stint, he has worked as a part of the leadership team to transform the Education Development team and their extended stakeholders to adopt Agile & IBM Design Thinking for developing education.

Prior to this role, Ajay served as the Lead Learning Consultant for the technical education (all Service Lines) for GBS GD India.

Over the years, he has acquired certifications & badges including:

In his initial years, he worked with HCL Technologies in onsite/offshore SAP projects as a project manager & Financials consultant for clients in Banking, Utilities, Pharma, Government, Semi-conductors & Metals. He received a PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur & a B Tech degree from IIT Delhi.
