Johnell brings with her more than 17 years of experience in Information Technology management, project management, and technical product implementation.  She has leadership experience in team management, employee and peer coaching, budget and resource allocation, and customer management.  Certified as a Project Management Professional by PMI, as well as a Certified Scrum Master, Johnell has led multiple, concurrent IT projects through all project phases to actualize deliverables, and meet stakeholder requirements.  Self-motivated, analytical, and inquisitive by nature, she is an effective communicator in all mediums with excellent interpersonal skills.  Johnell has succeeded as a results-oriented and consensus building leader with passion for increasing productivity by driving enterprise wide collaboration and developing highly loyal teams that are built on trust, collaboration, communication and accountability.
