Melissa Feather - I have an extensive background in business and educational experiences. This experience has allowed me to become very well rounded in the areas of business development including marketing (utilizing website and SEO technology, social networking as well as print media), business management (budget management, accounting and delivery), and customer satisfaction. As a business owner, I ran the business aligned to Agile best practices.

I have a strong and successful background in project management, which includes medium to very large projects in telecommunications, ISV and various other industries. The projects I managed had very complex network requirements spanning multiple companies, countries and language/currency requirements. Many of my project teams were cross-functional internal and external teams. I've also managed several large-scale .com offerings for online service companies.

I have extensive experience utilizing legacy project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, Visio as well as experience with more current Agile lifecycle management tools such as Rally Software.
