Moved to CROSSMARK to lead the Nielsen US Item-Coding Product Team and transitioned into Business Process Improvement as a Project Manager with the CROSSMARK North America Field Intelligence Team. After earning PMP certification, moved to the IT PMO group as an IT Business Systems Analyst. Left CROSSMARK to join Blue Cross and Blue Shield of TX as a Senior Project Manager. Now retired.
