Tom Westervelt

Tom Westervelt is an Agile Coach for SolutionsIQ, an Accenture company. He earned his BA in Computer Science from the University of Missouri and started his career as a programmer. Since then, he has garnered 30+ years of experience in all aspects of IT. He is currently involved in a massive Agile training effort associated with a large financial corporation located in the eastern United States.

Tom is a big believer in the transparency that Agile brings and is also highly interested in the impact that culture, psychology, and motivation have on the execution of the Agile methodology.
