Stephanie Windom

Stephanie Windom is a results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience helping sponsors and stakeholders achieve goals by optimizing processes, problem solving, and identifying needs.  Stephanie has been effective in her approach and has always maintained high ethical standards. Her experience spans the insurance, financial services, and agriculture industries serving in various project related roles, such as business administration, project management, business analysis, quality assurance, Scrum Master and Agile team coach.  She is experienced in both Agile and Lean project delivery.

As an active member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and Scrum Alliance, Stephanie is regularly involved in Agile conferences and events. She regularly attends and volunteers at the annual Iowa Business Analysis Development Day (I-BADD), and served as a mentor for the Central Iowa IIBA chapter.

Over the course of her career, Stephanie has collaborated with nearly a dozen teams of various sizes and levels of maturity  She serves as scrum master and coach, and to others as an advisor on the Agile values and principles.  Stephanie has trained and coached several analysts on how to write a good product vision, create epic-level user stories, break epics down, and creating story maps.  She has mentored scrum masters and leaders on strategies to overcome difficulties that agile teams face. Stephanie’s journey has been rapidly progressing as she continues to evolve and practice the Agile philosophy. She is passionate about Agile and helping others along their Agile journey.

Stephanie has a bachelor in Business Management from William Penn University and maintains the following certifications: Six Sigma process improvement greenbelt, Rapid Process Improvement (RPI), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner (CSP-PO), and a Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (CSP-SM).
