Martin Fitch / Kaiser Permanente / Consultant Specialist - 2001 - Present

In this role I am responsible for delivering web content management services.  A significant part of my responsibilities involve delivering major integration projects as well as major hardware / software upgrade projects at Kaiser.  We have adopted Agile as our development methodology and I serve as scrum master on these projects.

I have been in the IT industry for a few decades and have come to appreciate the value of Agile in the way it enables our team to take ownership of our final product as well as the process we use to implement a high quality product to support Kaiser's web presence.
