Dan Greening, PhD, is also Managing Director of agile consultant group Mindful Agility podcast.
Dan co-chaired the Hawaii International Conference on System Science Agile/Lean track, with Jeff Sutherland and John Tripp, for several years. The track invites research papers on agile and lean practices, particularly those that provide quantitative answers to practical questions and problems.
Dan led agile coaching at Skype in 2012 and 2013. Dan is former Director of the Agile Program Office and User Experience at Citrix Online from 2008 to 2012, with about 30 reports. He developed the Enterprise Scrum process used in Citrix Online, see Enterprise Scrum: Scaling to the Executive Level. He also created and teaches the Agile Capitalization process used at Citrix, Financial Engines, Amex, and others, see Why Should Agilists Care about Capitalization?
He has been a founder, CEO and CTO in startups. He has been VP Engineering, Director, Manager and Software Engineer in publicly-traded companies.
