Darryl Booker, in addition to acting, is a renowned international trainer, consultant and professional speaker. Darryl has been in the professional speaking, training and consulting field since 1999, and has delivered countless seminars, workshops, and training presentations all over the world. Darryl is the President and CEO of BookerINC.com. Booker INC is a training and consulting firm specializing in business strategy, leadership, motivation and team building development, competitive advantage analysis and competency center and workforce development. Darryl's professional speaking experience and focus is in key business areas such as, but not limited to: leadership/motivation, team building, strategy development, and multi-cultural diversity.

Darryl has been a master of ceremonies (MC) for various events from hosting strategic business conferences to variety game shows for corporate conference crowd attraction. Darryl has spoken at several major corporate functions, both on-site and at designated locations, as a keynote, presenter, and facilitator.

As chief consultant for the consulting firm BookerINC, Darryl has worked with several clients on helping them improve their competitive advantage through the use and implementation of strategic enterprise analysis (SEA) for over five (5) years. Darryl has worked with various clients in several different industries, helping them perform many aspects of SEA – from initial investigation of operational kaizen(s), to full business process innovation (BPI).

Darryl’s area of expertise is in operational excellence and competitive analysis in managing and developing teams for SEA. Darryl’s specific focus is on creative innovations for both product and service development.

Darryl is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), working with several clients on helping establish and maintain agile practices and principles. Darryl has worked with several agile teams in specific areas of coaching and mentoring Scrum principles and facilitating Scrum methods. Darryl has worked with small, mid-size and large cap companies, in helping implement agile principles and new project management approaches for organizational success.
